SLB XD product line

SLB is bringing the XD product line to AWS cloud.

This will enable AWS customers to make better use of data and AI, designed for energy applications, to increase operational efficiency and productivity.

This means market-leading solutions applications amplified by the Delfi™ digital platform, including Petrel XD™ subsurface software and Techlog XD™ wellbore software, will be delivered to customers' AWS cloud infrastructure and seamlessly integrate with new AI-enabled tools and data workflows to increase productivity and improve decision making.

Petrel XD software is an end-to-end solution for subsurface workflows from exploration to production and into the energy transition. Utilizing both physics- and AI-based technologies in an integrated, model-centric architecture. A 'shared earth' approach enables geophysicists, geologists, and reservoir engineers to analyze, interpret, and visualize data to understand the structural complexities and properties of the subsurface. The software facilitates efficient well planning, field development, and optimization of oil and gas recovery; as well as energy transition solutions, including CCUS, wind turbine placement, and geothermal. Techlog XD software is an advanced solution for wellbore-centric workflows. With multi-user access to diverse data type (cores, logs, images, fluids, and more) teams can collaborate effortlessly. Reusable templates and auditable workflows streamline knowledge transfer, ensuring consistency and accelerating decision-making. Techlog XD software delivers extensibility with both Python scripting and Ocean™ software development framework plug-ins; as well as providing seamless integration with Petrel XD software for cross-domain workflows, and real-time data streaming from the wellsite for immediate insights. Built for scalability, it efficiently handles single-well to multi-well projects while maintaining high performance. By integrating AI- and machine learning-driven technologies, Techlog XD software enhances interpretation accuracy, automates routine tasks, and delivers predictive insights empowering users to make better decisions, optimize operations, and maximize reservoir potential.
