Fenrir GIMLE — Migration, Modernization & DevOps Professional Services

     Info
    Sold by: Fenrir Inc.
GIMLE is Fenrir's AWS professional services practice delivering cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps adoption. From As-Is/To-Be assessment through cutover, we migrate workloads to AWS, modernize with containers (Amazon ECS/Fargate) and serverless, and operationalize with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and observability — helping you reduce operational overhead and accelerate delivery on AWS.

    Overview

GIMLE is Fenrir's cloud professional services practice on AWS — delivering the three outcomes AWS customers need most: migrating to the cloud, modernizing applications, and adopting DevOps. Engagements are scoped and project-based, beginning with an assessment of your current and target state. Fenrir is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner with the AWS CloudFormation Delivery designation and a track record of 400+ delivery projects.

    Assessment and Cloud Architecture Design

Every engagement starts with clarity. We assess your As-Is and To-Be state, identify gaps, estimate costs, and design the target AWS architecture. Participatory workshops produce conceptual, detailed, environment, and operations/monitoring designs — so migration and modernization decisions are grounded before build begins.

    Migration to AWS

Move on-premises and legacy workloads to AWS with confidence. We cover discovery, target architecture, networking and security baselines, and cutover planning — following the AWS Well-Architected Framework for availability, security, and cost efficiency from day one.

    Application Modernization

Transform monolithic applications into scalable, resilient services using containers (Amazon ECS, AWS Fargate). Proven at scale — including a public-transit train-position service handling ~4 million page views per month and a maritime-equipment maintenance platform rebuilt on ECS/serverless.

    DevOps and Operational Excellence

Operationalize your AWS environment with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy), and observability (Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray). Version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and reversible infrastructure changes minimize human error and accelerate delivery. Fenrir holds the AWS CloudFormation Delivery designation — first in Japan.

    Ongoing Operations and Optimization (Optional)

Continuous operations, monitoring, and Well-Architected improvement, defined per statement of work.

Services are delivered as professional services engagements. If an engagement provisions resources in your AWS account, resulting AWS infrastructure charges are billed by AWS separately and are your responsibility.
