AFS X Palantir Mission Delivery Accelerator for DoW/IC on AWS

AFS provides fixed-price Palantir implementation, integration, and engineerig services for DoW/IC agencies. This offering is designed for customers with an existing Palantir footprint who need a rapid path from a priority mission requirement or workflow to a deployed, operational capability - or require additional engineering capacity for inflight use cases.

AFS partners with customer stakeholders to shape delivery objectives, onboard and integrate data sources, extend the ontomlogy, configure mission workflows, and build applications, validate solutions with users, and transiton capabilities into day-to-day operations. Typical activities may include:

• Mission need refinement and implementaton planning
• Data onboarding and integration support
• Ontology and objective model extension
• Workflow and application configuration or developement
• Analytics and AI-enabled workflow implementation where appropriate
• Testing, user validation, and rollout support
• knowledge transfer and optional hyper-care

This offerering is structured as fixed-price delivery packages sized by complexity and expected mission outcomes, rather than labor hours alone. Final scope, assumptions, acceptancecriteria, deployment partition, and payment schedule are defines in the private offer and statement of work. This service supports both standard AWS and AWS GovCloud (US) environments, subject to customer account structure, security requirements, and environment readiness. Palantir software licenses are not included in this service and mush be purchased seperately.
