The output of discovery is a statement of work that defines deliverables, milestones, and service levels for the engagement. From there, Playground either builds a new platform or takes over your existing infrastructure. The final phase is transition into the recurring managed service, at which point 24/7 (or office-hours) incident response coverage begins.

    Typical onboarding milestones include: (1) Discovery complete - buyer receives a scoped statement of work and architecture decision record; (2) Platform build or takeover complete - buyer receives documented IAM policies, golden-path templates, and observability dashboards; (3) Transition to managed service - defined service levels take effect.
