Overview
Nebula is Lumbra's agentic AI orchestration platform for high-consequence environments. It coordinates AI agents, tools, models, and data sources into governed workflows where every action is auditable, every conclusion has provenance, and human oversight is enforced at every step.
Nebula is deployed in production inside classified environments today. Lumbra outperformed two established defense primes in competitive evaluation on the same program and earned a direct contract extension. In a separate DoD innovation challenge, Nebula was ranked first among approximately 200 competing vendors. This is not a roadmap. It is operational.
The platform is vendor-neutral by design. Swap models, agents, data sources, or orchestration strategies without rebuilding workflows or revalidating institutional context. Nebula sits above existing systems and coordinates work across them without requiring any of those systems to change. Organizations that have already invested in tools, databases, and infrastructure keep those investments. Nebula connects them.
A single natural-language directive can trigger entity extraction, correlation discovery, source cross-referencing, confidence scoring, fabrication checks, and structured report assembly, coordinating across multiple data sources and classification boundaries in minutes. Analysts describe the outcome they need. Nebula designs and executes the workflow.
CORE CAPABILITIES: -Hierarchical multi-agent orchestration with task decomposition and delegation. -Model Context Protocol (MCP) and dynamic API discovery for tool and data source integration. -Four-factor data scoring on every artifact: Relevance, Confidence, Quality, and Provenance. -Full audit trails with complete data lineage on every agent action and insight. -Plug-and-play architecture: any agent, model, tool, or workflow integrates without re-platforming. -Secure deployment across cloud, edge, and air-gapped networks with zero-trust identity management. -Human-in-the-loop controls at every step with plain-language explainability.
AVAILABLE TIERS: -Nebula Core: The production-grade orchestration engine. Multi-agent coordination, MCP integrations, the Knowledge Store, workflow engine, and full governance and audit infrastructure. Everything needed to stand up an agentic AI environment in classified or unclassified settings without modifying existing tools or data sources. This tier is for teams that have their own agents, models, and analytical tooling and need the substrate to orchestrate them under policy, audit, and human oversight.
-Nebula Pro: Everything in Nebula Core, plus Lumbra's mission-ready Applications suite. This includes encoded tradecraft: rubrics that capture analyst decision logic and make it machine-executable, so institutional knowledge is preserved and enforceable rather than trapped in individual expertise. Reasoning capabilities for uncertain, contradictory, or incomplete information across extended analytical sessions. Structured decision logic for multi-criteria analysis. Specialized analytical agents for deep research, causal analysis, network analysis, and synthesis, with enhanced cognitive capabilities. This tier is for teams that need mission-ready analytical capability out of the box, not just the infrastructure to build it.
