Overview
Titan Guard is a governed agent-operations platform for organizations running local agents, proprietary agents, and cloud agent services. It centralizes runtime activity, health signals, policy state, approvals, incidents, and evidence so operators can understand what agents did, why they did it, and which actions require review.
Titan View provides read-only operational visibility, anomaly detection, and compliance evidence-chain monitoring. Titan Forge provides bounded software-change workflows with policy checks, receipts, and human review. Sensitive actions remain behind deterministic customer-controlled controls; live trading, autonomous deployment, and regulated decision authority are not enabled by default.

A governed agent is any agent whose proposed actions pass through the policy gate before reaching an external system. Each tier caps the number of agents it monitors: 10 for Guard Starter, 50 for Guard Professional, and 250 for Guard Enterprise. Each agent under governance counts toward that cap.
Yes. Each tier pairs an agent cap with a governed-action allowance. Guard Starter covers 100,000 governed actions, Guard Professional covers 1,000,000, and Guard Enterprise covers 5,000,000. Both the agent count and the action volume rise together as you move up tiers, so the two limits scale in step.
Access fails closed. The registration service verifies your buyer token, product identity, and active agreement before granting access. Missing, cancelled, expired, or cross-product credentials are rejected. Each purchase grants only the access tied to that specific product agreement.

Vendor refund policy
Customers may request cancellation and a prorated refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase if fewer than 10% of included monthly units have been consumed. Renewal charges and usage beyond that threshold are non-refundable, except where required by law or when SignalBrain confirms a material service failure. Email alan@signalbrain.ai with the AWS account ID and agreement ID.
