Overview
Aivilo Lens is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that acts as an AI-native operational intelligence layer for cloud and AI transformation on AWS. It connects business objectives to what must be true in live environments, then continuously measures progress across cost, security, data, and GenAI adoption. Key capabilities AI Strategy Assessment: Structured maturity evaluation that produces a prioritized transformation roadmap with AWS service recommendations and a downloadable PDF report. Cloud Financial Optimization (FinOps): Cost visibility and allocation, anomaly detection, and optimization recommendations to reduce waste and improve unit economics. Cloud Security and Compliance Guardrails: Policy-driven insights that highlight gaps and misconfigurations, supporting governance without slowing delivery. GenAI and LLM Lifecycle Management (GenAIOps): Prompt and evaluation management, tracing and cost and performance observability for LLM calls, and governance controls to operate GenAI safely at scale. AgentOps: Instrumentation and operational controls for agent-based workflows, including monitoring, cost controls, and change management. DataOps Foundations: Cataloging and operational signals for data quality, lineage, and dependencies to improve reliability of downstream analytics and AI. Transformation Program Tracking: Project and milestone tracking (including integrations such as Jira), so execution progress is visible alongside operational readiness. How it works Lens integrates with AWS using cross-account IAM roles and reads telemetry and metadata via OpenTelemetry and SDK-based integrations, designed to avoid ingesting or accessing customer data. Who it is for Cloud, platform, security, FinOps, data, and AI leaders who need a single operational view of readiness and execution, plus concrete, prioritized actions that reduce time-to-value and improve control as transformation scales.
