- Utilizing a Firori developed UI delivers a more intuitive approach for managing both Operated and Non-Operated Payout scenarios. The interface provides a user-friendly approach to navigation, master data setup and payout calculation processes. Reporting and inquiries are powered by SAC ensuring a powerful, yet east to use interface.
- Many features are available to manage both straightforward and complex Payout scenarios, including the ability to define one ore more associated Cost Centers, Equity Group or Designated Carried Interest ownership percentages and the association of these scenarios to applicable penalty provisions.
- Payout Provision Groups allow the selecting of Equity Group Carried Interest Owners (or a Carried Interest Designation %) to be used for the Payout calculation. Additionally, CI Owners with differing penalty provisions may be associated to a single Payout allowing for the proper penalties to be calculated at the varying WBS element levels.
