Mobilize & Migration Phase (Optional follow up - up to $400k cash funding from AWS): In the planning and preparation stage, we equip your team with the necessary tools and knowledge for a successful migration. This includes developing a strategic migration plan, setting up AWS environments, and conducting pilot migrations. The Mobilize & Migration Phase aims to ensure your team is fully prepared for the transition, with an understanding of AWS's best practices and security measures to mitigate risks and minimize downtime.

Migration and Modernization Phase (Optional follow up - up to 25% off in AWS credits for any workflows that you migrate): The final step involves the active execution of your migration or modernization project. During this phase, Loka will implement the migration plan, leveraging AWS's tools for data transfer, application relocation, and infrastructure setup. Our focus is on optimizing performance, ensuring security compliance, and enabling scalability within your new AWS environment.
