Overview
Push uses a browser agent to prevent, detect and stop identity attacks that result in account takeover. Push deploys into your employees' existing browsers and generates telemetry used for detecting identity attack techniques, or risky user behaviors that introduce vulnerabilities. Upon making a detection, the Push agent enforces a relevant security control directly in the browser to either block the attack or prevent the user from introducing a vulnerability.
Push comes with pre-configured security controls that can be enabled straight out-of-the-box. These plug-and-play controls protect your workforce identities against common identity attack techniques like phishing, AitM/BitM toolkits, infostealer malware, credential stuffing, password spraying and session hijacking.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
Push Security prices on an annual contract built from two dimensions. You start with the 100 licenses block, which covers 100 annual end-user licenses. Each license includes the same platform capabilities, no matter how many you buy. If you need coverage beyond that block, you add the per-user, per-month dimension for extra seats. This add-on scales with your headcount. Once you pass 500 licenses, volume-based discounts apply automatically to the additional per-user price. So your cost grows with the number of employees you protect, and larger deployments reduce the per-user rate.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One license covers one employee, or end user, whose browser you protect. You deploy the browser extension to that user's browser. Each license includes the same platform features, whether you cover 100 users or many thousands. Licenses from departed employees free up automatically for reassignment.
You start with the 100-license block covering 100 users. When you need more seats, the additional per-user per-month dimension adds them. Both appear on the same invoice. The base block sets your starting coverage; the add-on scales your total cost with headcount above 100.
Volume-based discounts apply automatically to the additional per-user rate once your license count goes above 500. The discount affects the added seats beyond that point. Your per-user cost drops as your deployment grows, so larger workforces pay a lower rate per added user.

Preventing identity-based threats to my organization

What do you like best about the product?
It both actively scans for threats and reacts in case of an intrusion, providing me with a better overall perspective. This is also advantageous in having a browser-based agent rather than installing complex software. This must make push seem like the best all inclusive solution when it comes to identity security.
What do you dislike about the product?
A key problem area in Push is the alert system. Individual alerts do not come with a context and therefore identifying critical threats is not as easy when one receives a notification. I am buried under a pile of notifications and filtering out an actual message as pointless scrolling through an unimportant one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push addresses an important concern – security of my organization from identity-based threats. I feel more comfortable knowing that nothing unusual will fall through the gaps in the monitoring with the help of the provided tool.

Push provides services on threat management. But the best part for me is creating awareness on identity-based attacks.

I have not come across any issues so far. Customer Support has been great

Apart from the security services that Push provides, their agents also supply their clients with insightful ideas on how to avoid software threats.

I have not faced any issues so far. Their service has been good.

Push is helping in tracking identity-based attacks in the wild. They are spreading awareness on how to minimize these attacks.

Easy to use SaaS discovery tool + third party integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Push Security allows for SaaS discovery compared to some other tools out there (e.g. FreshService). Everything is presented cleanly and gives you full visibility into your SaaS usage for each employee.
Having visibility into third party integrations is critical to stopping tools from having access to auth scopes which they either might not need, or we don't use their tools.
Deployment was super easy through our MDM.
Lastly, integrating with Slack is very useful and allows the ChatOps bot to autonomously educate employees on the risks of weak passwords, and what applications have the same passwords.
Having visibility into third party integrations is critical to stopping tools from having access to auth scopes which they either might not need, or we don't use their tools.
Deployment was super easy through our MDM.
Lastly, integrating with Slack is very useful and allows the ChatOps bot to autonomously educate employees on the risks of weak passwords, and what applications have the same passwords.

Manually adding apps would be useful, as companies don't always use Google/365 SSO to login to platforms and may just use an email address/password.

Solves shadow IT and insecure SaaS usage by employees

What do you like best about the product?
Until Push, Shadow IT has been an incredibly difficult and time-consuming challenge. Push achieves this through a simple browser extension which protects employees' privacy, deploys easily and offers support to the end user through in-browser prompts.
Real-time Slack notifications are sent to the employee and security team when Push detects insecure usage of a SaaS app, i.e., 2FA not applied or bad or compromised passwords being used. This helps us understand where our password manager hasn't been adopted or if the employee is having difficulty using it.
The security team now receive real-time Slack notifications when new SaaS services are accessed by employees, allowing us to understand the impact and act immediately where necessary.
