Monthly FinOps Service with AWS Billing Transfer by Dedicatted

     Info
    Sold by: Dedicatted
Partner-led AWS billing transfer and monthly FinOps for SMB and mid-market SaaS, fintech, education and ad-tech companies in Canada, the United States and Europe: one partner invoice, Savings Plans and Reserved Instances managed for you, and a monthly cadence on AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, AWS Cost Anomaly Detection and AWS Compute Optimizer.

    Overview

    Who this is for

Software and SaaS companies, fintech and payments, schools and education groups, ad-tech and marketing platforms, and retail and e-commerce businesses in Canada, the United States and Europe, SMB to mid-market, on a single AWS account or a small AWS Organization. The buyer is the COO, VP Finance or IT Director, working with the Head of Engineering.

    The problem

You pay AWS at list price on a card or a direct invoice. Credits expire unused. Nobody owns the Savings Plans decision, so nothing is committed. Cost is reviewed after the bill arrives, and nobody can say which workload caused a spike. The CFO asks what a customer, tenant or student costs to serve, and there is no answer.

    What we deliver

Phase 1. Billing transfer. We inventory your accounts, credits, commitments and Marketplace subscriptions, design the consolidated billing structure and move your accounts into a partner-managed consolidated billing relationship. Workloads, IAM, data and Regions do not change; you remain the owner of every account and keep all existing access, and the exit path is documented before cutover. From the first cycle you receive one partner invoice with per-account showback.

Phase 2. Commitment management. We analyse coverage and utilisation against the run-rate, then, with your approval, purchase and rebalance Savings Plans and Reserved Instances, track credit expiry and keep a commitment calendar so renewals never lapse.

Phase 3. Monthly FinOps cadence with a named owner. Rightsizing from AWS Compute Optimizer and AWS Cost Optimization Hub, Amazon EKS split cost allocation, Amazon CloudWatch log class and retention tiering, Amazon ElastiCache, database and Amazon S3 storage-class reviews, AWS Cost Anomaly Detection alerts triaged and attributed to the workload, and a unit-cost showback report on Amazon Quick Sight over AWS Data Exports. Before a committed-spend agreement with AWS, we produce the attributable run-rate forecast.

Deliverables. Billing transfer plan and cutover record, commitment calendar and coverage report, monthly FinOps report (actions taken, savings against the onboarding baseline, forecast against budget), anomaly runbook and cost-allocation tagging standard.

Boundary. Cost configuration changes are included or delivered as a FinOps Savings Sprint; re-architecture and other platform engineering are delivered under Dedicatted's Cloud and Platform Engineering services.

    What this listing covers

This listing's pricing dimensions cover Dedicatted's service fees only, billed through AWS Marketplace. Your AWS usage is invoiced under the consolidated billing relationship from Phase 1 and is not part of this listing.

    AWS services integrated

AWS Organizations consolidated billing, AWS Billing Conductor, AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Data Exports (Cost and Usage Report 2.0), AWS Budgets, AWS Cost Anomaly Detection, AWS Compute Optimizer, AWS Cost Optimization Hub, Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, Amazon EKS split cost allocation data, Amazon Athena, Amazon Quick Sight, Amazon CloudWatch, AWS Graviton.

    Outcomes

    1. Savings Plans and Reserved Instance coverage owned by a named person; no credit or commitment expires unnoticed.

    2. Cost anomalies caught when they start, attributed to a workload and handled under an agreed runbook.

    3. A monthly report the CFO can read: unit cost per customer, tenant or student, and forecast against budget.

    Evidence

Dedicatted holds the AWS Cloud Operations Services Competency. Dedicatted is a member of the AWS Managed Service Provider Program. For Collectr, a Toronto-based collectibles platform serving ten million users, we moved cost work from manual bill review to ML-based anomaly detection and rightsizing, and have scoped log tiering and cache right-sizing as the next steps. We manage partner billing relationships for financial services and retail customers in the United States and Europe, and are scoping the same model with software, education and ad-tech companies in Canada and France.

    Where we deliver

Dedicatted is an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner in Toronto and Montreal, Canada, the first Canadian partner with both AWS AI Competencies and the only Canadian AWS Partner with the AWS Digital Sovereignty Services Competency. We deliver across Canada, the United States and Europe in English and French, with Canadian data residency in AWS Canada (Central) and Canada West (Calgary).

    Infrastructure provisioned in your account

With your approval we provision an Amazon S3 bucket and AWS Glue tables for AWS Data Exports, Amazon Athena queries, optional Amazon Quick Sight dashboards, AWS Budgets and AWS Cost Anomaly Detection monitors, and a cross-account IAM role with read access to billing, Cost Explorer and Compute Optimizer; a scoped role for commitment purchases is added only if you opt in. You pay the AWS charges for these resources at standard AWS rates, on your consolidated AWS invoice.

    Highlights

    • Non-invasive billing transfer: your AWS accounts move into a partner-managed consolidated billing relationship with per-account showback and one partner invoice; workloads, IAM, data and Regions stay as they are and you own every account.
    • Commitment management on your behalf: Savings Plans and Reserved Instance coverage planned, bought with your approval and rebalanced against the run-rate, with AWS Compute Optimizer and Cost Optimization Hub findings reviewed monthly by a named FinOps owner.
    • Monthly FinOps cadence: rightsizing, Amazon EKS split cost allocation, CloudWatch log and ElastiCache tiering, AWS Cost Anomaly Detection response and a CFO-ready unit-cost report built on AWS Data Exports and Amazon Quick Sight.
