    Usage Instructions: 1.- Create an instance using this AMI. 2.- Make sure ports 80, 443, and 22 are open while setting security groups. 3.- A few minutes after the instance is running, your GitLab instance will be available at http://<your public IP>. The first time you log in to the web UI, you will be prompted to change the password for the "root" user. Enter and confirm a password of your choosing.

    The sign-in page will appear. In the Sign in tab, enter the username root and the password that you just created. You can now set up additional users in the Admin Area.

    (optional) If you want to change the domain name under which GitLab is available, follow these steps: 1.- SSH into the machine using the username "ubuntu" and your Amazon private 2.- Run the following edit of the gitlab configuration file. "sudo vim /etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb" 3.- Now, edit the configuration file to change hostname using external_url ( https://<domain URL>) 4.- Save the file and close it 5.- Run the following command to reconfigure the services of gitlab: sudo gitlab-ctl reconfigure 6.- Once the action is complete, your GitLab instance will be available at https://<domain URL>.
