Customers who wish to cancel their subscription must submit a cancellation request at least 30 days in advance. Subscription access and billing will continue until the end of the current billing period.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Deploy Qineasy SD-WAN Gateway on an Amazon EC2 instance through AWS Marketplace.
After launching the instance, access the Qineasy SD-WAN Gateway management interface using the configured public IP address or private IP address depending on your network deployment.
Default access steps:
- Launch the AMI and configure the required VPC, subnet, and security group settings.
- Access the management interface through HTTPS using the instance IP address.
- Complete the initial configuration, including network settings, VPN tunnels, routing policies, and SD-WAN policies.
- Connect branch offices, cloud resources, or remote sites according to your enterprise networking requirements.
For production deployments, customers should customize security group rules, network routes, and access policies based on their environment. Please refer to the Qineasy SD-WAN Gateway documentation for detailed configuration guidance.
