Overview
This is a cloud-native MongoDB Community Server runtime on the Websoft9 Applications Hosting Platform. It is always up-to-date, secure, and ready to use right out of the box with business support from Websoft9.
The MongoDB Community Server reduces the coupling between database and computing resources and storage resources, enable the ability to scale at will and on-run time for organization business grow.
Websoft9 is a lightweight, self-hosting PaaS that allows you to deploy multiple applications on your own cloud infrastructure. It employs a GitOps approach and includes an integrated app store that supports one-click deployment of over 300 template applications, as well as the ability to deploy custom applications. Users have complete autonomy, ensuring that applications can be easily configured and continuously deployed even after they are live. Additionally, the web-based interface allows users to effortlessly perform tasks such as domain binding, HTTPS setup, access control, and status monitoring.

The list spans many instance families, including general-purpose, compute-optimized, memory-optimized, storage-optimized, and GPU-based options. Sizes range from small burstable instances up to large multi-core and metal instances. Larger instances with more CPU, memory, or storage cost more per hour. You select one instance size to match your workload, then pay the hourly software rate plus AWS infrastructure charges for that instance.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit is one running EC2 instance of the size you pick. You are billed for each hour that instance runs, at the software rate tied to that instance type. Larger instances carry more CPU, memory, or storage, so their hourly rate is higher.
The software rate meters running instance-hours. A stopped instance does not accrue software charges. AWS storage fees for attached volumes may still apply while the instance is stopped. Charges resume when you restart the instance.
The standard deployment installs from the AWS Marketplace onto an EC2 instance. For environments without network access, offline installation packages are available. You should contact the vendor's Customer Success team before setting up an offline install.

- You do not need to SSH into EC2 at all steps, easy to operate.
- Make sure the EC2 security group permits ports 80, 443, 9000 and 9001
