Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
CloudBudgie offers three contract tiers priced by how many AWS accounts you manage. Lite covers up to 5 accounts, Plus covers up to 20 accounts, and Unlimited covers all of your accounts. The tiers scale on account volume, so you pick the one that matches your organization's size. Each tier grants the same automated cost-optimization capability; only the number of managed accounts differs. As your account count grows, you move to the tier that fits your needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one AWS account for billing across the Lite, Plus, and Unlimited tiers?
Each tier limits how many AWS accounts you connect to CloudBudgie. Lite covers up to 5 accounts, Plus up to 20 accounts, and Unlimited covers all your accounts. One account is one linked AWS account that CloudBudgie manages through a cross-account IAM role. Your account count determines which tier fits.
What happens if my managed account count grows past my tier's limit?
Each tier caps the number of AWS accounts you can manage. Lite stops at 5 and Plus stops at 20. If you exceed your limit, you move to the tier that supports more accounts. Unlimited removes the cap entirely and covers all your accounts.
Does CloudBudgie charge based on how much I save or how many services I optimize?
No. Pricing is based on the number of AWS accounts you manage, not on your realized savings or the number of services optimized. Each tier grants the same optimization features, such as scheduled start/stop of instances. Only the managed account count changes cost.
