This is a managed service offering where experienced AHEAD personnel support Customers, including:

  • Manage Detection and Response for EC2 instances, providing 100% managed next-gen EDR capabilities and response services.
  • Provide operational setup and complete management of EDR platform.
  • Provide 24x7x365 monitoring of EDR protected devices for security threats.
  • Complete reporting on Customer security posture.
  • Investigate into detected threat activity.
  • Initiate actions to remotely disrupt and contain active threats
  • Remediate affected system of malicious activity
  • Report on detailed root cause analysis
  • Maintain updates for deployment to include agents for deployed devices
  • Manage Security Policy.
