Applying Consulting is an AWS Advanced Partner delivering TechOwnership — a structured program to eliminate technology dependency and transfer real operational control to the client's internal team. This is not a training course. It is a process of transferring control.

Three-step engagement model:

Step 1 – Dependency Diagnosis: We map every area where the client depends on third parties: infrastructure operations, application maintenance, data management, support, and architecture decisions. We identify the risk level and hidden cost of each dependency.

Step 2 – Autonomy Plan: We define the capabilities the internal team needs to operate without the third party. We prioritize by business impact and feasibility.

Step 3 – Execution: We transfer real capability to the client's team through pair programming, operational documentation, technical workshops, runbooks, and production accompaniment — until the team can operate independently.
