The Free tier covers deployments analyzing up to $1,000/month of cloud spend. In exchange for being free, your instance sends Blacktip a small monthly AGGREGATED savings summary (totals and counts only - never your cost data, resources, or any personal information). See the Free Tier Telemetry Disclosure. When your analyzed spend exceeds the free limit, analytics become read-only with a prompt to upgrade to a paid, telemetry-free plan (which sends nothing to Blacktip).

Subscribe (free), launch the template in your own account, set AdminEmail + AdminPassword, and Refine verifies your Free entitlement automatically via AWS License Manager.
