    Overview

    Our AWS Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA) implementation service provides a comprehensive, production-ready multi-account AWS environment built on AWS Control Tower and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This engagement delivers a secure, scalable foundation that enables rapid workload deployment while meeting your security, compliance, and operational requirements.

    The engagement begins with an Assessment and Design phase, including a requirements workshop to capture business, security, compliance, and operational objectives. We review your existing AWS environment, define your account structure, organizational units (OUs), and Service Control Policies (SCPs), and design your network topology including shared VPCs, Transit Gateway, and Direct Connect or VPN connectivity.

    During the Landing Zone Accelerator Deployment phase, we configure key capabilities including AWS Organizations and Control Tower, Service Control Policies, AWS Config rules and CloudTrail, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and Macie integrations, centralized logging to S3, and IAM Identity Center (SSO) integration.

    We customize blueprints to meet specific compliance needs such as CIS, NIST, and PCI frameworks. We implement network segmentation, firewall, and inspection points, and can integrate with your existing security tools including SIEM, IAM, and CMDB systems.

    The engagement concludes with validation testing against security and operational use cases, delivery of detailed runbooks, architecture diagrams, and compliance mappings, plus knowledge transfer sessions to ensure your teams can sustain and extend the environment independently.

    Deliverables include a documented AWS Landing Zone design, a fully implemented multi-account structure with baseline controls, centralized security and logging services, a network foundation, compliance and security configuration aligned to your selected frameworks, and comprehensive handover documentation.
