- Learn of Customer strategic priorities, so recommendations are aligned to strategic goals.
Deliverable
- An actionable, phased backlog of activities that creates a roadmap for Customer to advance from its current state to mature adoption of Conformity. and/or other products.
- Presentation of the deliverable to Customer’s team, allowing for questions and discussion.
