Benchmark performance against your standards, capture an auditable record of what was certified and when, and issue a certified-model credential once a model is approved. Only validated, production-ready models go live, with governance and quality control built into the workflow rather than bolted on afterward. The subscription bills by unit for the active period, not by actual compute activity. While subscribed, your dedicated instance stays provisioned and available whether or not you run jobs. Charges stop when the subscription ends, after which the instance is suspended and backed up.

Vendor refund policy
Each YourCloudGroup subscription provisions a dedicated, single-tenant instance reserved exclusively for you at purchase. Because this resource runs from the moment you subscribe, subscriptions are non-refundable once your instance is provisioned. If provisioning fails or you were charged in error, contact hostmaster@yourcloudgroup.com within 48 hours with your AWS account ID for review. Cancelled subscriptions do not renew; you keep access through your paid term.
