Turn-key managed WiFi for coworking spaces, priced per location. Branded captive portal, member check-in feeds to Nexudus, OfficeRnD, Cobot & DeskWorks, Passpoint/OpenRoaming roaming, and unlimited members. Each location licenses up to 15 access points - bring your own hardware, nothing is sold or shipped.
Managed WiFi built for coworking, priced the way you sell space - per location. IronWiFi Coworking turns the access points you already own into a branded, secure, member-aware network. One flat price per venue includes a license for up to 15 access points and unlimited members, so your WiFi bill scales with your locations, not your headcount. IronWiFi is a cloud service - no access points or hardware are sold or shipped.
One price per venue. $195/month or $1,950/year per location. Each location licenses up to 15 access points and unlimited members; add locations as you grow. No per-user licensing, no seat audits, no surprise overages. Manage every location from a single dashboard, with per-venue branding, policies, and reporting.
Native coworking-platform integrations. Live member check-in feeds to Nexudus, OfficeRnD, Cobot, and DeskWorks. WiFi access follows your member directory automatically - new members get online on day one, and access ends when membership does. Presence and check-in data flow back to your platform for occupancy analytics and community features. SCIM and directory sync (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace) keep membership and access in lockstep.
A member and guest experience that fits your brand. Custom-branded captive portal, self-registration, sponsored and day-pass guest access, social and email sign-in, and Passpoint/OpenRoaming for seamless, password-free roaming across all your locations. Members can also join a managed secure SSID with WPA2/WPA3 and 802.1X, backed by managed Cloud PKI and certificates - no shared passwords, no manual key rotation.
Works with the hardware you already have. Vendor-neutral Cloud RADIUS supports UniFi, Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus, and any RADIUS-capable access points. No hardware to buy from us, no forklift upgrade, no hardware lock-in, and no on-prem servers to run. Dynamic VLAN assignment, per-member bandwidth policies, and RadSec are all included.
Visibility and control. Real-time roaming analytics, session and authentication logs, occupancy trends, and a full REST API for exporting data or automating provisioning. Everything is included - PKI, certificates, RADIUS, captive portal, and analytics - with no per-feature add-ons.
Security and compliance. Cloud-hosted on Google Cloud, with data encrypted in transit and at rest. SOC 2 Type II report issued by Johanson Group LLP (unqualified opinion).

One coworking location (venue). Includes a license for up to 15 access points and unlimited members (bring your own APs, no hardware sold or shipped). Set the quantity to your number of venues.
You pay per coworking location, or venue. Set the quantity to match how many venues you operate, and your cost scales with that count. Each location license covers up to 15 access points and unlimited members. You bring your own access points; no hardware is sold or shipped. This is flat per-location pricing, so you pay one number per site rather than counting individual users or headcount. Adding more venues means increasing the quantity; a larger deployment simply multiplies the per-location rate across your sites.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one access point in the 15-AP limit per location?
An access point is any unique BSSID broadcasting on a network that authenticates during a given month. Mesh repeaters that share a BSSID count once. Your location license covers up to 15 such access points at each venue you register.
Why does this per-location plan charge per venue instead of per member or per user?
The per-location model gives you flat pricing for member-driven spaces. You pay one number per venue with unlimited members, and there are no per-head audits or true-ups. This differs from headcount-based billing, which suits offices with predictable user counts and access point density.
Do guest or day-pass visitors count against my member limit or add cost?
No. Your license covers unlimited members with no per-head charges, and guest access is handled through separate credentials and network isolation. Visitors get individual, expiring access without adding to your billed count. Your cost stays tied to the number of venues, not the number of people connecting.
