This subscription bills through a single dimension based on the number of users in your account. Pricing scales with user count, reported through the Tessact Users API. As you add or remove users, your charge adjusts to match. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to choose from. You commit under a contract term, and the platform gives every user access to its video creation and management tools.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each user is a distinct person with access to your account. The Tessact Users API reports the current count of these users. Your charge reflects that number. Adding a person increases your reported user count; removing one decreases it.
Cost scales with the reported user count. When you add a person, the reported number rises and your charge increases accordingly. When you remove one, the count drops. There are no separate tiers or thresholds, so each change adjusts your bill directly.
All users share access to the same platform tools. This includes review and collaboration, smart search, content library, custom AI metadata, and remix generation. Billing depends only on how many users you have, not on which features each person uses.
