What counts as one developer for billing?
A developer is a unique human account that can invoke agents. You are metered by active seats each billing cycle. Dormant seats, meaning no activity in the last 30 days, are automatically removed from the billable count, so you do not pay for inactive users.
What happens if I exceed the included allocations in my base tier?
You pay the matching overage rate on whatever went over, with no hard cut-off mid-workflow. Overage dimensions cover agent compute hours, incidents, RIGOR cycles, monitored services, and platform Operate compute. Each is billed separately as units beyond your included monthly allocation per developer.
How do the base tier and intelligence add-on charges combine on my bill?
Both charges apply together per developer. The base OPERATE tier covers your seat range and includes six agents. A PRO or ULTRA intelligence add-on stacks on top and must match the same seat range. Overage units then add to that total when you pass included allocations.
