    AI PlantOps for Decision Intelligence

     Info
    Deployed on AWS
AI PlantOps for Decision Intelligence is built on configurable components tailored to plant operations workflows across maintenance & reliability, asset integrity, and production optimization. It uses specialized engineering agents that combine plant data such as P&IDs, SOPs, maintenance manuals, and SAP systems with engineering domain knowledge. These agents create a system-level ontology that maps equipment and process relationships hierarchically while preserving operational context. This enables dynamic identification of critical production paths through the dynamic Critical Production Containment Path (dCPCP).

    Overview

Ai PlantOps for decision intelligence is designed to revolutionize industrial operational efficiency by integrating real-time data from Time series historians, SAP, Azure / AWS IoT services, CDF, and other enterprise systems. By leveraging domain driven ontology, engineering agents, ML models, physics models, symbolic AI and multi-agent AI, it provides a context-aware, automated decision-support system that enhances operational reliability and efficiency.

Key Features: Real-Time Data contextualization (Domain driven)

Connects seamlessly with SAP data, Time series historians, SCADA, PLCs, and other industrial data sources to consolidate critical plant data. AI-Powered Insights & Decision Support

Uses machine learning, Domain ontologies (multi-layered), and generative AI to automate data contextualization, anomaly detection, and expert-driven recommendations. Context-Aware Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Automatically correlates historical events, sensor data, and maintenance logs to provide real-time insights into potential failures and suggest corrective actions. Predictive Maintenance, Anomaly Detection & asset integrity.

Identifies potential equipment failures before they occur, reducing unplanned downtime and costly repairs. Prescriptive Recommendations for Process Optimization

Provides AI-generated recommendations to improve process efficiency, energy consumption, and regulatory compliance. Conversational AI for Operations Assistance

Enables plant engineers and operators to interact with the system via natural language queries for instant insights and troubleshooting support. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

Ensures adherence to industry standards and regulations by continuously monitoring and analyzing operational data.

    • Amazon ECS
    Container image

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
