Overview
The Cloud Storage Edge Services is an enterprise solution designed by NetApp to deliver storage density and low latency performance requirements designed to store data for workloads like video, structured and unstructured files, general file shares and repository for virtual instances connected to AWS Outposts.
Cloud Storage Edge Services users necessarily require storage space over 500 TiB without consuming and scaling computer nodes in a server stack infrastructure. Another feature of Cloud Storage Edge Services is that it delivers throughput and performance in writing and reading data that public cloud environments may take a long time to respond due to low-performance or intermittent internet links.
The evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) brings data processing and requirements of data flexibility to communicate with multiple protocols providing security, high availability, space efficiency including deduplication and advanced resources for data replication, distribution and integration between remote offices and public cloud environments.
