This data is sourced from the many EHRs in the Harris Healthcare portfolio and offers a vast array of clinical documentation like diagnosis, procedure, medication, and lab information to identify patient’s cohorts for use cases such as patient profiling of rare and common diseases, treatment response studies, and outcomes research. Sidus Insights can also provide anonymized SOAP notes for a deeper look into the data. This product consists of a dataset with 500,000 random patients who have had at least 1 clinical encounter in Q4 2019. The dataset includes a set of dimension tables and fact tables containing the patient's allergy, medication, clinical, lab, procedure details and more. Additionally, the data dictionary for this sample has also been attached.
