Our success stories:

• (Climate Risk) Flood Risk Assessment for the Paris Basin: We developed a comprehensive three-step model to quantify and evaluate flood risk across the Paris Basin for an MRH portfolio. This included mapping exposures based on GPS coordinates and altitudes, assessing the vulnerability of insured assets to flood damage, and defining flood occurrence probabilities with associated return periods.

• (Credit Risk) Basel III CRD IV Implementation: We conducted an in-depth analysis of regulatory changes from CRD IV compared to CRD II/III, identifying and implementing necessary operational adjustments. This involved updating capital production processes and COREP reporting, along with performing impact studies to support strategic decisions on implementation options. We also provided end-to-end coordination, ensuring full compliance through effective project scoping and monitoring of key deliverables.
