Overview
An AI use case creates value only when it improves a real business process-and when people actually use it.
Kiiro’s Amazon Quick Value-to-Run offering starts with the business outcome, not the technology. Together, we select one priority process, establish its operational baseline, identify the target users and expected behavioural changes, and define the evidence required to support the next investment decision.
We then use Amazon Quick to build and evaluate a governed, production-oriented agentic use case against five dimensions:
- Business Value - measurable improvement in time, quality, cost, risk, or experience
- Trust - evaluated answer quality, grounding, citations, and appropriate abstention
- Security - qualified permissions, least privilege, auditability, and controlled actions
- Adoption - demonstrated use within real working practices
- Scale - documented cost, ROI, operating requirements, and industrialization conditions
Adoption is treated as a core value signal-not as a change activity added at the end. Usage, user feedback, task completion, reuse, and process integration help determine whether the solution is creating sustainable value or merely producing technically successful outputs.
Scoping, POC, and POV are delivered as fixed-price work packages with an agreed business process, user cohort, integration perimeter, evaluation dataset, deliverables, assumptions, and success criteria. The scope is deliberately sized to produce decision-grade evidence rather than an open-ended prototype.
Depending on the selected use case, the engagement includes Amazon Quick configuration, required data and application integrations, one governed agent and/or workflow, user onboarding, an evaluation scorecard, permission and action-safety testing, adoption measurement, and an initial TCO and ROI model.
The engagement concludes with an evidence-based Scale, Redesign, or Stop recommendation. A technically successful agent will not be recommended for scale if it fails to demonstrate sufficient business value or user adoption.
Deployment at scale and Managed Run are designed and priced separately according to the customer’s rollout, governance, support, and operating requirements.
