RADIUS Migrate and Modernize

The Assessment phase serves as the initial stage of the Migration Acceleration Program, comprising three phases in total. Its primary objective is to establish a business case for migration, grounded in both business requirements and cost considerations. Activities include collecting inventory data using automated tools, conducting discussions with stakeholders to gather infrastructure and business criteria, and providing pre-prepared questionnaires for client completion before or during meetings. A detailed cost comparison of on-premises versus AWS workload execution will be presented. Furthermore, the Migration Readiness Assessment (MRA) session results will identify areas requiring attention to ensure a successful migration. Insight will provide high-level migration recommendations for application categories, following the application rationalization process (Retire, Retain, Relocate, Rehost, Repurchase, Replatform, Refactor), but not for each specific application. This offering targets Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) ranging from $1M to $10M.

The delivery timeline is structured across five phases: Kickoff, Discovery, High-Level Assessment, Document Transfer, and Closure, spanning a period of five weeks. As this is an assessment phase, no additional support hours are required beyond the included Knowledge Transfer.
