- Apply for and maintain the ICP (Internet Content Provider) Filing and PSB (Public Security Bureau) Filing through AWS China.
- Initial and ongoing guidance on regulatory requirements.
- Drafting of compliant Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, including ongoing adjustments.
- Managing the required entity licenses, including renewal of these licenses.
- Provide a contact person for any government inquiries.
- Apply for and maintain a software copyright certificate, both Electronic (eSCC) and Physical.
Technical Functionality
- Provisioning and access to a local cloud account under AppInChina’s legal entity. Usage is subject to a deposit and monthly billing according to the AWS's pricing.
