This module delivers an assessment, plan, roadmap and potential long-term implementation of the See, Save, Plan and Run AWS Cloud Financial Management guidelines for Enterprise.

It is at times difficult for customers and partners to assess, guide and fully implement by themselves, even with written Well-Architected guidance; either because of time constraints, or available external / internal expertise. Despite automation efforts across Enterprise cloud architecture and finance teams, FinOps maturity is still very much a people and process pillar;

This module is a partner friendly, custom FinOps practice implementation program, beyond automation, that enables customers to properly gauge, plana dn implement recommendations stated in the AWS Cloud Financial Management Framework. The program also delivers on the 5 cost-optimization pillar design principles within the Well-Architected Framework.

Process

• Customer or partner flag the need for FinOPs maturity assistance - CFM implementation support to FinOptik.
• Customer, partner and FinOptik review the current state of the client's AWS Well-Architected Cost Optimization Pillar structure
• FinOptik and client will dig down into the client's Cloud Financial Management capabilities and agree upon the support needed.
• FinOptik creates custom Statement of Work.

Approximate time to complete is between 12-24 months.
