- Pre-work and readiness - Built foundational knowledge of the the customer's business, current product and product lifecycle, business pain areas etc.
- Discovery and Assessment - Deeper dive into the customer's product profile, benchmarking and interim playback to the customer.
- Analysis -Iincorporating customer insights and feedback of their capabilities, perceived strengths/weaknesses, KPIs, process visibility (e.g. data, dashboards, time to visualization) and recommended additional areas of focus during this engagement. Followed by interim playback to the customer.
- Recommendation & Report - Using industry data, TCS experiential data, the customer-specific assessments, playback information and feedback, provide customer-specific recommendations with expected business impacts & quantifiable benefits. Followed by interim playback to the customer.
- Solution & Roadmap - Based upon the final Recommendation & Report deliverables, including customer feedback, define the requisite technology solution, implementation timelines and ongoing roadmap. This will include a cost-benefit analysis to help prioritize focus areas.
- Report Submission and Signoff - This will include a final assessment report, associated evidences and a final playback to customer for a signoff.
Deliverables: Finalizing the comprehensive report that presents the recommendations and proposed solution with a roadmap to achieve the intended objectives.
