The AWS Well‑Architected Review is a structured assessment designed to evaluate how effectively your workloads align with AWS best practices. Using the six pillars of the AWS Well‑Architected Framework – Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization, and Sustainability – we assess your architecture to identify high‑risk issues, improvement opportunities, and areas that may be impacting efficiency, resilience, or cost.

The engagement begins by identifying the workload to be reviewed and confirming which pillars are most relevant to your business objectives. We then conduct a deep analysis of your environment, examining operational processes, security controls, performance patterns, workload design, cost drivers, and sustainability considerations. Automated tooling is used where appropriate to ensure accurate insight and evidence‑based recommendations. Our experts evaluate topics such as traceability, least‑privilege access, automation opportunities, data protection, and failure‑readiness to ensure your workloads remain secure, efficient, and prepared for scale.

After the assessment, you receive a clear findings report highlighting high‑risk issues requiring immediate remediation as well as medium and low‑priority items. Recommendations focus on strengthening architecture quality, improving resilience, reducing operational burden, and optimizing cost. For eligible workloads, AWS funding may be available to support remediation work, helping you accelerate improvements while reducing spend. The Well‑Architected Review provides the confidence and clarity needed to modernize your AWS environment and operate in line with the latest AWS best practices.
