DocuEdge brings the power of cloud computing to document management, offering a secure and flexible way to handle documents from their inception to their final disposal. This innovative platform can make the transition to cloud technology smoother for government agencies and higher ed institutions, which can significantly cut down costs.
The platform includes three main components.
- Capture - DocuEdge Capture provides sophisticated document ingestion options that allows capturing documents from numerous input sources. Once captured, DocuEdge leverages AI/ML to determine document types, extract useful information (metadata), and feed information to other downstream business processes.
- Vault - DocuEdge Vault is a secure cloud-based document management repository that stores and manages documents throughout their entire lifecycle, including modification and archival. DocuEdge Vault includes fine-grained document security, records management, workflow capabilities, natural language searching, and intelligent document redaction capabilities.
- Archive - A tool for clearing out no longer needed documents and streamlining the offloading or retiring of outdated documents.

DocuEdge leverages AWS capabilities such as Amazon Aurora, Amazon Cognito, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Elastic Container Service, Amazon Elasticsearch, Amazon Glacier, Amazon S3, and Amazon Textract.

SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Support
Vendor support
Deloitte Consulting support team will be available 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (business hours), excluding Deloitte Consulting and US national holidays. The support team can be contacted at a designated email address and phone number as provided in the licensed software. Support requests will be captured in an online ticketing system defined by Deloitte Consulting. Users will be asked to provide a detailed description of the request or the incident, which may include steps needed to recreate the incident, screen captures of any error messages and relevant context for the incident. Deloitte Consulting will track all incidents in this ticketing system, including documenting the severity classification and resolution of each incident.

AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
