Our fitness check

As part of our fitness check, we examine your PIM and identify specific optimisation potential. In doing so on the following aspects:

• Analysing the article master data; you provide this to us as a structured file, e.g. in CSV, XML, JSON or XLSX
• Analysing the automation potential for the future avoidance of manual activities in data exchange and distribution- based on your current PIM process
• Review and optimisation of the (product) data model - also with regard to variant creation
• Automatic filling of attribute fields (e.g. from previously previously maintained free text fields or documents such as PDF, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Development of proposals for optimising the necessary data quality of the operational data using technical tools, such as the AI of OpenAI ChatGPT 4 or RegEx
