Proven flexibility and scalability: offers more than 10 configurable report modules and has been deployed across 12+ countries, 20+ laboratories and hospitals, and 40,000+ reports, in partnership with top providers in Trusted Research Environments and global cloud platforms.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This listing bills by genetic report volume, with two structures. The annual licenses commit you for a year. The Basic License (Annual) includes up to 50 reports per month, and the Pro License (Annual) includes up to 100 reports per month with free re-analysis. Both charge extra for reports beyond the included count. The Per Report options charge per report, with separate rates for up to 50 reports per month and for over 50 reports per month. The Utilization Based option bills monthly as pay-as-you-go, applying tiered pricing that varies by your total report volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one report for billing purposes?
A report is a genetic test result generated through the Clinical Decision Support platform. Each test you run for a patient produces one report. Reports are counted monthly, and your billing depends on how many you generate within a given month.
What happens if I exceed the included reports on an annual license?
Both annual licenses include a set monthly report count. The Basic License (Annual) includes up to 50 reports per month, and the Pro License (Annual) includes up to 100. Reports beyond those counts are charged separately per report in addition to your annual fee.
How does the Utilization Based option differ from the per-report options?
The Utilization Based option bills monthly as pay-as-you-go, with tiered pricing that shifts by your total report volume. The Per Report options apply a fixed rate per report, with one rate for up to 50 reports per month and another for over 50.
