Overview
CitiusTech PERFORM+ is a purpose-built, cloud-native performance management platform designed for healthcare and life sciences organizations transitioning to outcome-based and value-based care models. As providers and payers navigate increasing regulatory complexity, shared risk arrangements, and interoperability mandates, PERFORM+ enables organizations to harness large-scale healthcare data, advanced analytics, and AI to drive value-based contracts (VBC), HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, MIPS, Risk Adjustment, and population health outcomes. The platform supports configurable deployments of one or more PERFORM+ products, while also enabling custom solutions tailored to unique enterprise performance management needs.
Built on AWS, PERFORM+ leverages Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA) for end-to-end orchestration, Amazon S3 for scalable healthcare data storage, and Databricks on AWS for high-performance Spark-based processing of claims, clinical, quality, and member data. Secure data persistence and analytics are supported through Amazon RDS (MySQL and SQL Server), while curated insights are delivered via Amazon QuickSight. The solution is deployed within a secure Amazon VPC and integrates with AWS IAM, AWS KMS, AWS Secrets Manager, and AWS WAF, ensuring HIPAA-ready security, encryption in transit and at rest, and controlled enterprise access.
PERFORM+ provides a unified performance management platform for smart contract administration, quality measurement, regulatory reporting, and outcomes analytics—all through a scalable, modular architecture. The platform supports healthcare interoperability, data scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while accelerating time-to-value for analytics-driven care delivery.
