The eSync OTA next-gen connectivity platform from Excelfore is an AI-driven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering which provides a cloud-based solution for automotive and industrial applications. - State-of-the-Art AI-driven Architecture: The eSync Server in the AWS cloud is architected with an Amazon Bedrock AI agent, which delegates tasks to dedicated subordinate AI agents for completion. The Excelfore OTA campaign manager application provides a generative AI chat interface to automate the many steps of campaign creation, while also retaining user access to all steps of the OTA campaign workflow. Agentic AI is also used to generate virtualized vehicles (digital twins) in the cloud. Guardrails and review-and-approval steps ensure predictable results are achieved and tracked, providing flawless execution of OTA processes with maximum workforce efficiency.
- Subscription Model: Offered on a subscription basis, eSync OTA allows manufacturers and suppliers to pay for the service according to their usage needs, reducing upfront costs and providing predictable operational expenses.
