     Info
    Sold by: Accelyze
Accelyze helps your team move from generative AI ideas to a working pilot on AWS. In 4 to 6 weeks we identify high value use cases, design an architecture on Amazon Bedrock and related services, and deliver a secure, usable proof of concept in your AWS account.

    Overview

You have seen the potential of generative AI, but turning that potential into a concrete, safe, and maintainable solution inside your own environment is where most organizations get stuck. The Accelyze Generative AI Strategy and Pilot on AWS is a fixed scope engagement that takes you from initial use case strategy to a working pilot that runs in your AWS account.

The engagement starts with a focused discovery and readiness phase. We work with both business and technical stakeholders to map your goals, data landscape, and constraints, then identify and prioritize 2 to 4 candidate use cases. Together we select one anchor use case and define clear success criteria, user journeys, and acceptance tests.

Next, we design and implement a pilot using AWS native services such as Amazon Bedrock for foundation models, Amazon SageMaker for custom model workflows where needed, Amazon Kendra or Amazon OpenSearch Service for retrieval augmented generation, and core services such as Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, and Amazon API Gateway for integration and orchestration. The pilot is deployed in your AWS account, with security, cost controls, and observability built in from the start.

Finally, we validate the solution with real users, capture metrics, and deliver a roadmap and reference architecture for hardening and scaling to production. This includes recommendations for data governance, prompt and model lifecycle management, and integration with your existing platforms and delivery processes. By the end of the engagement you have a validated generative AI use case, running on AWS, plus a pragmatic plan to expand safely and systematically.

This professional service is designed for organizations building on AWS and relates specifically to AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Kendra, Amazon OpenSearch Service, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, AWS Identity and Access Management, Amazon CloudWatch, and related security and networking services.
