Our extensive experience with alliance and co-sell services includes deep expertise on the AWS Marketplace, from swift onboarding to monetization.
SCOPE - GOAL The scope of this white glove service is to create a single, new listing of SaaS Contract type for your product that is primarily meant to fulfill Private Offers. The base scope does not include deep integration with your product, only the necessary minimum requirements for a functioning transactable approved listing. (see optional add-ons)
TIME The listing creation from kickoff to go live usually takes 3-5 weeks, depending on the shared responsibilities of our client to provide inputs, and the approval timeframe of the AWS Marketplace operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES CONNACT will own the entire Marketplace listing process. Based on shared responsibilities we need your contribution: an internal champion or project owner to coordinate your required inputs and decisions, and a DevOps resource to collaborate on the deployment. If you agree with the base scope, no R&D involvement required.

GoLive and handover: to accelerate and validate the new listing

- AWS Partner Central (APN), ACE and Marketplace account linking: for co-sell opportunity to Marketplace Private offer linking
Enablement sessions (can be clustered): trainings and activation of your team
- Co-sell through Marketplace - for your sales team
- Finance team consultation - payment terms, tax need to know
- Private Offer process training - Sales/RevOps
Private Offer support: for the initial 3 deals in the first 2 month after go live
OPTIONAL FEATURES: custom Marketplace offer will be built for your, if your needs include:
- Metering - integrate your SaaS billing platform (like Metronome) to the Marketplace
- End-to-end self-service onboarding for customers integrated with your SaaS tenant/user creation process
- CPPO enablement - sell through the Marketplace with your channel partners involved
- Other listing types beyond SaaS: ML model or Container type listings are available
- Multiple billing items / pricing packages
- Multiple products / separate listings
CONNACT also provides business services that help you achieve ISV Accelerate partnership status for co-sell incentives of AWS sales teams, and demand generation through co-sell.
