User types provides license for the capabilities and apps you need to do your work within ArcGIS Enterprise Portal. The Professional user type is for those who publish new layers, build maps and apps and share those with the organization, and edit data from the office or from the field. It also includes Standard level licensing for ArcGIS Pro Desktop App, which provides the capabilities for map creation, content publishing, interactive visualization, advanced capabilities for analysis and data management, database and multiuser editing. Systematics offer includes both the licensing and the deployment of the license on the organization's enterprise portal, and the activation of an existing installed ArcGIS Pro app using the newly deployed license.
