Scitara DLX connects all laboratory end points, automates the exchange of data between them, and monitors all digital transactions. By enabling true data mobility, Scitara DLX accelerates digital laboratory transformation.
Scitara Digital Lab Exchange DLX enables plug-and-play connectivity between any device, instrument, application, informatics system, web service, or lab resource. The vendor-neutral system uses a universal connector infrastructure to facilitate automation of workflows, task notifications, and bi-directional data exchange between multiple endpoints in the lab, connecting legacy and current services, applications, and devices.
DLX leverages the power of Scitaras Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) for Science, a new vendor-agnostic industry category that makes it easy to support legacy systems and integrate new ones. iPaaS for Science is a flexible and adaptable framework for accessing and sharing scientific data across the enterprise. It supports the concept of a Pharma 4.0 transformation, a fully connected laboratory, and a configurable platform.
Our powerful and easy-to-use orchestration engine, compliant transformation of data in-flight, and capture, monitoring, and analysis of all data transactions is helping to accelerate scientific advancement.
Highlights
Scitara DLX is a vendor neutral solution that ensures continuous connectivity to all laboratory assets, today and in the future.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Scitara DLX uses a contract pricing model built on two independent dimensions. You pay a per-instrument subscription for each instrument attached to the platform. That cost scales with the number of instruments and with the term you choose: 12, 24, or 36 months. Longer terms carry a higher per-instrument price for the full period. Separately, you pay for each integration between two customer applications, excluding the one that directly controls instruments. These two dimensions add together based on your instrument count and integration needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one instrument for the per-instrument subscription?
An instrument is any lab device attached to the platform, such as balances, particle counters, pH meters, or larger analytical systems. Each connected device counts as one instrument for billing, including simple benchtop instruments and complex instruments across your lab.
What counts as a billable integration, and which connection is excluded?
You pay for each integration between two customer applications. The application that directly controls instruments is excluded from this charge. So application-to-application connections are billed separately from the per-instrument subscription for the device control link.
Which dimension drives most of my cost as my lab grows?
Both dimensions bill independently and add together on the same contract. Instrument count usually drives cost for labs with many connected devices. Integration charges grow as you link more customer applications. Your total depends on both your instrument count and the number of application-to-application integrations.
