Pricing

Vendor refund policy
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. For AWS Marketplace customers, refunds are processed through AWS. To request a refund, contact contact@infralyri.com with your AWS account ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
