PRODUCT LIMITATIONS
This is a shared infrastructure SaaS product. Dedicated single-tenant infrastructure is not included by default. Custom domain configuration is not included and must be arranged separately. SMTP email configuration for sending documents to customers must be configured post-setup. Data migration from other ERP systems is not included in the support scope. High availability and disaster recovery beyond standard AWS infrastructure are not included by default. This product includes ERPNext Community Edition only. Enterprise Edition features are not available.
