FleetIQ is a maintenance and inspection management platform built for small to mid-size commercial fleets - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, and other field-service operators running 5 to 200 vehicles. If you already use Geotab or Samsara for GPS, FleetIQ is the layer on top that turns that telematics data into maintenance action. It handles DVIR inspections, work orders, preventive maintenance scheduling, defect tracking, driver management, and full trip history in one place, so vehicles stay road-ready and problems get caught before they become breakdowns. At the core is Vera, an AI maintenance intelligence layer built on Anthropic's Claude.
