The custom implementation service is available in Portuguese, English, or Spanish and includes:

• Understanding the client's needs and determining the scope based on the subscribed hours.
• Scheduling meetings with the client for understanding and validation, performing configurations by Workise, and providing status reports.
• Configuring the client's environment and processes on the platform.
• Creating descriptive documents about boards, automation, and panels built for the client.
• The delivery model is remote, with work hours from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm São Paulo time, except on Brazilian national holidays.
• For in-person delivery, travel costs should be covered by the client.
