Agentic Army Workshop

Building Your Agentic AI Army is a live, instructor-led workshop designed for organizations ready to build, orchestrate, and operationalize agentic AI systems. This workshop draws on real-world implementations of agent-based architectures and focuses on how teams can use AWS-native services, such as Amazon Bedrock, to power autonomous agents that collaborate across complex workflows. Participants move beyond single-prompt use cases to design systems of agents that can plan, execute, evaluate, and adapt while remaining secure, observable, and production-ready.

Workshop Format

• Standard Session: Live, instructor-led online workshop held every Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Enrollment: Sessions require a minimum of four participants to run
• Registration: Participants select an available Friday from a calendar and purchase a seat at time of registration
• Private Delivery: Custom private workshops are available and can be extended to a two-day format for deeper technical coverage or team-specific use cases

Agent Deployment The workshop concludes with a practice deployment in which participants deploy their agents into Scout-itAI, a production platform for used to design, govern, deploy, and continuously manage real-world agentic workforces

Scout-itAI is not required to apply the material taught in this course. All architectural principles, governance models, and agent design strategies are platform-agnostic.However, for teams seeking to accelerate implementation, reduce operational risk, and avoid rebuilding foundational governance layers, Scout-itAI demonstrates how agentic systems can be assembled safely and efficiently using proven patterns.
