Learnify is a scalable, SaaS-based Learning Management System (LMS) designed to help organizations create, manage, deliver, and measure learning at enterprise scale. The platform offers AI-assisted course creation, assessments, certifications, gamification, multilingual learning, live virtual classrooms, and comprehensive reporting. Organizations can personalize learning experiences with branded portals, role-based access, automated workflows, and configurable certification management.
Learnify integrates with enterprise systems through single sign-on (Microsoft Entra ID and SAML 2.0), SCIM user provisioning, SCORM content, HRMS connectors, and REST APIs, and runs live classes on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams links. With enterprise-grade security, a privacy-first architecture supporting GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, real-time analytics, and actionable insights. Learnify helps organizations improve learner engagement, simplify compliance, and accelerate workforce development.
How billing works. You pay only for active users, at the per-user monthly rate shown under Pricing, and the charge appears on your AWS bill. An active user is any enabled account on your Learnify site, learners and administrators alike. We count active users every day and bill the monthly average, so someone who joins on the 16th of a 30-day month counts as half a user, and an account you switch off stops counting from the next day. There is no seat cap, no minimum and no upfront commitment.
Getting started. Subscribe, then follow the set-up link to create your Learnify site. You become its first administrator and can invite users, connect single sign-on and assign ready-made courses straight away.

You pay based on one usage dimension: active users. Billing counts the average number of active users per day across the month, not a fixed seat count. Because the figure is a daily average, someone who joins mid-month counts only for the portion of the month they were active. Your monthly charge rises or falls with actual daily usage. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose. Features stay the same regardless of how many users you have.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An active user is a person who signs in and uses the platform that day. Someone enrolled but inactive is not counted for that day. The system measures daily counts, then averages them across the month to set your charge.
Your charge follows the daily average of active users. A mid-month joiner counts only for the days they were active, so they add less than a full-month user. A departing user stops counting once inactive. The monthly average rises or falls with real daily activity.
No. Billing rests on one dimension: average active users per day. Features such as AI course drafting, recertification cycles, the compliance agents, and mobile apps do not add separate line items. Your charge tracks user activity, not which capabilities you switch on.

- Sign in at admin.learnify.ing and add your users. You pay $2 per active user per month, prorated by the days each user is enabled, on your AWS bill.
