    Pricing and entitlements for this product are managed outside of AWS Marketplace through an external billing relationship between you and the vendor. You activate the product by supplying an existing license purchased outside of AWS Marketplace, while AWS provides the infrastructure required to launch the product. Subscriptions have no end date and may be cancelled any time. However, the cancellation won't affect the status of an active license if it was purchased outside of AWS Marketplace.

    Vendor refund policy

    Customers must notify Virtuozzo (billing-ops@virtuozzo.com ) of any dispute with invoiced charges within 5 calendar days of receiving the invoice. Absent such notice, the Customer will be deemed to have agreed to the charges as invoiced. Disputes after such a timeframe won't be accepted. All fees paid to Virtuozzo shall be deemed fully earned and non-refundable unless Virtuozzo resolves the invoice dispute following the procedure described above in favor of the Customer.

    An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

    The recommended hardware requirements for the platform installation are 200 GB disk space, 32 GB RAM, and 4 CPU cores. However, based on your needs, you can select instances of various capacities.

    Connect using SSH client to your instance and switch to the root user to continue the installation: ssh ec2-user@ sudo su Once connected, follow the text instructions and type "yes" to start the PaaS installation. In the end, you'll be provided with a link (open it in the browser) to continue installation via the web installer. Fill in necessary fields in web installer and proceed.     After the installation you will get access details via email. It's highly recommended to change the autogenerated password via the PaaS dashboard. Follow the linked guide for detailed instructions - https://www.virtuozzo.com/application-platform-docs/account-password-reset/#change-password 

    Cluster status is automatically monitored after the installation. Any error will be displayed at the top of the admin panel.

    Sensitive data and encryption: Platform needs a valid email address for administration purposes. This email address is used for authorization purposes and issuing Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for this installation to establish secure connection with https. Let's Encrypt will process the data (administration email, autogenerated domain name, IP address associated with the domain) and other certificate-related data collected directly by Let's Encrypt and listed in their Privacy Policy: https://letsencrypt.org/privacy/  as set out in that Policy. User passwords used for platform authorization are not stored within the platform, the system operates with one-way hashes only. Other credentials are encrypted using strong cryptographic algorithms.
